Sustainable Salons Australia 

Infinity Hair is part of Sustainable Salons Australia who help the community reduce the ecological footprint, attain zero waste, support charitable causes and apply environmentally sustainable practices in salons. 

These are some of the differences we are making:

• Plastic packaging such as bottles, bags etc are sent to local plastic recyclers where they are turned into outdoor furniture, landscape supplies and new product packaging, rotating plastics and out of our oceans. 
• All of our aluminium foil, colour tubes, paper, razor blades, unwanted tools etc are sold for recycling and the funds donated to OzHarvest and KiwiHarvest to provide meals for hungry people.
• Your hair clippings are used for hair booms that clean up oil spills on our coastlines as well as helping our local community gardens for composting.
• Ponytails that are 20cm or over are donated to charitable organisations to make wigs for people suffering from cancer or alopecia.
• The chemicals from left over colour is neutralised and turned into recycled water used in construction and roadworks.
